Construction is progressing on Pozycki Hall, the newest addition to the 159-acre campus of Monmouth University, designed by DMR Architects.
The academic building, named for Steven J. Pozycki, an alumni and member of the Board of Trustees, is two floors and approximately 20,000 square feet. Pozycki Hall will accommodate the Leon Hess Business School and the Kislak Real Estate Institute, currently housed in outdated facilities.
In addition to faculty offices, common areas, classrooms, conference rooms and an exterior terrace, the building includes a 175-seat auditorium which will be used for campus events. Pozycki Hall is connected to an existing building, Bey Hall, by a pedestrian bridge on the second floor. Architectural details and exterior brick complement surrounding facilities.
Construction completion is expected in the summer of 2015.
