DMR Architects recently completed a comprehensive Rehabilitation Plan for the City of Hackensack. Last month, Francis Reiner, PP, LLA, DMR Architects, presented the plan to City Council and community members. The Rehabilitation Plan includes revitalization strategies for 163 acres (39 city blocks, 389 properties). Revitalization strategies include improvements to infrastructure, residential, retail and entertainment options, and parks and open space. For the past year, DMR has worked with the City of Hackensack, which included members of the Upper Main Street Business Alliance, to develop the plan.
Last week, an article on NJ.com, discussed the Rehabilitation Plan in Hackensack, citing the work of DMR Architects and Francis Reiner. Several other media outlets, including the MidAtlantic Real Estate Journal, The Bergen Record, GlobeSt.com and the Hackensack Chronicle have covered the Rehabilitation Plan since its announcement.
