DMR Projects Honored with Awards


Several DMR projects have recently been honored with awards from regional publications and organizations. These include:

The City of Hackensack Rehabilitation Plan for the Main Street Area, a comprehensive rehabilitation plan for 163 acres of the downtown, was awarded an Achievement in Planning Award from New Jersey Planning Officials.

Two DMR projects, John C. Bartlett, Jr. Hall and Robert L. Craig School Temporary Occupancy Units/School Renovation were honored with "Best of 2012" awards from the MidAtlantic Real Estate Journal. Bartlett Hall, a 32,000 square foot, LEED Silver, academic building at Ocean County College, was honored as "Best of 2012: Best Green Project". Robert L. Craig School, an emergent project for the Moonachie Board of Education following Hurricane Sandy, was honored as an "Best of 2012: Favorite/Most Unusual Architecture Project."
