DMR is pleased to announce that Charles H. Sarlo, Esq., Vice President and General Counsel, has been reappointed to the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) by Governor Christie, upon the recommendation of Senate President Sweeney.
The NJEDA is an independent State agency that serves as the State's 'bank for business' by financing businesses, administering tax incentives to retain and grow jobs, and revitalizing communities through redevelopment initiatives. Originally appointed in 2005 by Governor Codey, and reappointed in 2010 by Governor Corzine, Charles is in his 10th year as a Director of the NJEDA Board.
Charles has been the Chairman of the NJEDA's Real Estate Committee since 2007 and also serves on the NJEDA's Policy Committee and Audit Committee. He has a broad based background in corporate affairs, which stems from his legal, finance and engineering background.
