Lloyd Rosenberg, AIA, President and CEO of DMR Architects, has been named to the Advisory Board for the Center for Real Estate at Rutgers University, a rising progressive academic program positioned to transform and inspire the next generation of real estate leaders.
Lloyd is revered for starting DMR Architects in 1991 with a staff of three, and since then growing the firm into a 32-person operation that is ranked as one of the top five New Jersey architecture firms. He has more than 50 years of experience as a leading architect, interior designer, and professional planner in the state of New Jersey. He has overseen more than 1,000 design and construction projects, has a diverse and impressive history in the field of design, and has ventured internationally to take on projects in numerous countries, including China, Nigeria and Costa Rica.

The misson of the Center for Real Estate Advisory Board is to to develop and shape the next generation of real estate leaders by developing a rigorous curriculum for undergraduate and graduate studies focused on three areas of competencies: Real Estate Business Fundamentals, "Change-Ready" Leaders, and Power of Diversity.
