Pozycki Hall, Monmouth University | New Construction, Academic Building

West Long Branch, NJ

Working for SJP Properties, DMR designed a new academic building, Pozycki Hall, at Monmouth University. The academic building, named for Steven J. Pozycki, an alumni and member of the Board of Trustees, is a 2-floor, approximately 20,000 square foot facility. The new academic building accommodates the Leon Hess Business School and the Kislak Real Estate Institute, previously housed in outdated facilities.

In addition to faculty offices, common areas, classrooms, conference rooms and exterior terrace, the building includes a 175-seat auditorium which is used for campus events. The building is connected to an existing building, Bey Hall, by a pedestrian bridge on the second floor. Architectural details and exterior brick complement surrounding facilities.
