Monmouth University – Pozycki Hall

Working for SJP Properties, DMR designed a new academic building at Monmouth University. Pozycki Hall, named for Steven J. Pozycki, an alumni and member of the Board of Trustees, is a 2-floor, 20,000 square foot facility. The building includes faculty offices, common areas, classrooms, conference rooms and an exterior terrace, as well as a 175-seat auditorium which is used for campus events.

The new academic building accommodates the Leon Hess Business School and the Kislak Real Estate Institute, which were both previously housed in outdated facilities. The building is connected to a previously existing building, Bey Hall, by a pedestrian bridge on the second floor. Architectural details and exterior brick complement surrounding facilities.
