DMR worked with the Township of Wayne to complete a renovation and expansion of their police department.
DMR originally presented four options for renovation or new construction to the Township to consider as options for upgrades to the existing, aging facility. DMR prepared concept building block plans illustrating the size of the building and its relationship to other buildings on the site, as well as preliminary construction budget for each option. The Wayne Police Department ultimately selected to construct a two-story, 12,600 square foot addition, while renovating approximately 12,700 square feet of the existing building.
