East End Properties Development retained DMR to design a catalyst, transit-oriented development adjacent to Brick Church Station in East Orange.
The project design included 218 one- and two-bedroom luxury for-sale homes and 20,000 square feet of service retail. Luxury on-site amenities and a co-op office space were also included.
