DMR on the Boards: Interiors Projects Celebrate Milestones 789 444 DMR Architects

With a thriving corporate interiors portfolio, DMR continues to enjoy the completion of interior projects across the State. The summer of 2017 have marked construction milestones for many of these projects, with even more on the boards. These projects include:

Skidata • New Brunswick, NJ • OPENING 8/11!

Skidata, a global firm that produces access and entry management systems, retained DMR to relocate their office to 120 Albany Street, Tower II in New Brunswick. DMR worked with the project team to transform the 10,000 square foot space into a modern office which maintained the company’s branding and corporate standards. A major component of the project included utilizing DIRTT products, a manufacturer of custom interior partitions.

DMW&H • Fairfield, NJ • NOW OPEN!

DMR was retained by DMW&H, a warehouse material handling systems integrator, to relocate their office from Carlstadt to Fairfield. The project consisted of 26,800 square feet of office space and 9,200 square feet of light production and storage space. The 36,000 square foot project not only provides a larger space with room to expand as the company grows, but also embraces the desire for a modern work space that more properly reflected their culture, and the desire to attract and retain employees. This was achieved through an open workspace design, with 70 workstations with low partitions, informal meeting spots, a full-sized kitchen area, an outdoor patio and walking areas, and an employee game room. The building also features some of the latest technology.

Kyowa Hakkin Kirin • Princeton, NJ • OPENING SOON!

DMR was retained by a global specialty pharmaceutical company, Kyowa Hakkin Kirin, to design the relocation of its office space at 212 Carnegie Center in Princeton, NJ. The 46,000 square foot project included reconfiguring office areas to provide for additional glass-front closed offices, multiple meeting spaces for collaborative work, all new finishes and the redesign of perimeter window offices, lobby and waiting area.
