In the capacity of Borough Planner for the Borough of Belmar, DMR completed a heights analysis for buildings within the Seaport Redevelopment Plan. DMR composed a 3D model for this study to show the existing buildings and the buildings with the new proposed heights. This study used GIS mapping and Sketchup to create the model.
This project is in addition to other efforts completed for the Borough of Belmar, including an investigation study and redevelopment plan for 8 lots and 1.4 acres, also part of the Seaport Redevelopment Area Plan.
