DMR was hired to provide several concept plans for a proposed waterfront development on three sites in Little Ferry, NJ. The existing properties consisted of a parking lot, residential dwellings, gravel areas, an office building, a restaurant and banquet hall, several garages and two boat docks. The development was designed to include waterfront views of the Hackensack River, as well as on-site parking and retail, while maximizing density.
