Immediately following her promotion to Project Manager at DMR, Janet Pini, AIA will be managing the design of the River Edge Community Center.
Since joining DMR in 2002, Janet has played an integral role in some of our most significant and complex projects including the Frank J. Gargiulo Campus, Middlesex County College West Hall and the Bergen County Public Safety Operations Center.
“Janet’s comprehensive approach to projects, rapport with clients, and thorough understanding of codes and procedures—particularly in the public and educational sectors—has made her an invaluable asset,” Lloyd Rosenberg, AIA, President and CEO, said. “The quality of her work has helped us grow our production department significantly, and secure and keep long-term relationships with clients throughout New Jersey.”
DMR joined River Edge Mayor Edward Mignone to celebrate the groundbreaking for the River Edge Community Center on June 12.
DMR’s plans for the 6,400 square foot addition to the current library will provide meeting spaces of various sizes including two smaller meeting rooms and a large multi-purpose room that will fit up to 112 people. The plans will keep the cultural center intact and demolish the vacant American Legion building to make room for a new reconfigured parking lot.
