DMR designed The Vale, a 70-unit residential development in Allendale, NJ. The project consists of one- and two-bedroom market rate units, along with a complement of affordable units for seniors and first responders.
The 105,000 SF building is configured around a 9,500 SF internal courtyard which serves as an amenity and outdoor passive recreation space, including a fireplace, BBQ area, pergola, turf lawn area and multiple seating areas. The interior boasts a large well-appointed lobby with multiple seating and lounge spaces along with an expansive club room that opens directly out to the courtyard.
