As Architect of Record for more than 15 years, DMR has provided professional services for more than 30 projects in New Brunswick, ranging from assessments and capital improvements to capacity-generating new construction.
A major element of DMR’s work with the district has included finding ways to meet its capacity, growth and development goals. These efforts have included examining numerous sites throughout the city, preparing iterations of concept plans, estimating budgets, providing feasibility studies and completing regulatory approvals. These efforts have resulted in facilities assessments, scope reports and schematic plans for 300,000+ SF of additions and renovations.
In addition to these projects, DMR completed a $6 million Energy Savings Improvement Plan (ESIP) program, an 11,000 SF auxiliary gym addition to the high school, and another 15+ capital improvement projects across the district.
