Northwestern Mutual Financial Network retained DMR to provide professional services for their relocation to Morristown, NJ. The space consists of 20,000 square feet on one floor and another 5,000 square feet on a lower floor.
Northwestern Mutual Financial used the relocation as an opportunity to redesign their office and align with corporate standards. DMR took the lead in providing programming services to achieve all business functions and personnel requirements in the space.
The split between two floors required a detailed programming effort to properly plan the floors and ensure the business would function appropriately. The renovation also included the replacement of all major HVAC equipment and technology infrastructure. The design includes perimeter offices with an open plan of workstations, a board room, multiple conference rooms and additional support space.
