





DMR was retained by Eden Wood Realty on the redevelopment of 11.25 acres (6 city blocks) in the Canal Crossing Redevelopment Area, a portion of the southeastern section of Jersey City, NJ.
DMR continues to provide professional planning services to amend the existing redevelopment plan to allow for approximately 2,000 new residential units.
The plans include multiple high rise buildings, retail and public open space within the proposed development.
