As a consultant to the project lead, DMR is proceeding through a contract to provide architectural services for the design and reconstruction of two piers, which includes one building, and an adjacent boat house at the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
The approximately 10,000 square foot building program includes a 30×70 sail loft, seamanship lab space, rowing space, 2 classrooms, and 6 monomoy bays, as well as lockers, parking, storage and administrative space.
