DMR developed schematic designs for the indoor sports facility, maintenance garage, and concession stand for the new Wood-Ridge Recreation Complex at Wesmont Station.
The indoor sports facility will be a two-story building consisting of two basketball courts with bleachers, along with an indoor practice turf field for soccer and baseball, meeting rooms, restrooms, changing rooms and offices. The second floor will consist of classrooms for Pre-K and K, along with administration offices.
The maintenance garage building will include an office, storage, restroom, a 4-bay storage area with an overhead garage door. The concession stand building is a single-story building complete with a kitchen, concession stand, storage and restrooms.
This new complex will also have 3 fields; soccer, major league, and minor league. Each field will have its own bleachers and press boxes.
