DMR designed the new residential development The Grande at Metro Park, a 356-unit, four building rental community of one- and two- bedroom units. The building is located near the Metropark Station and within close proximity to the Garden State Parkway.
The design incorporates luxury amenities including a club room, screening room, multi-purpose room for party rentals, pool, fitness center, barbeque grills, fire pits and a two-story clubhouse that opens to a roof top terrace with outdoor movie theater. Also included are pet parks and washing stations, a music room, game area, children’s playroom, conference and meeting rooms and 12,000 SF of on-site retail space.
Three of four buildings are complete, with the completion of building 4 expected in 2023. DMR celebrated the completion of Building 3 in September 2019 with the release of the below video, highlighting a key feature of the development, its expansive amenity package.
