DMR has been retained to design a high-rise, mixed-use residential building of luxury rental apartments.
The 19-story, 1,000,000 square foot building includes 552 units; 5 levels of garage parking; 25,000 square feet of indoor amenity space including a club room, fitness center, business center, game room, music room, theater and lounges; and 25,000 square feet of outdoor rooftop amenity space including a pool, outdoor lounges, barbeque areas and fire pits.
The development will offer a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom units.
