DMR completed the conceptual design for a 9-story, 1 million SF luxury apartment building in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
The concept called for 552 units; 5 levels of garage parking; 25,000 SF of indoor amenity space including a club room, fitness center, business center, game room, music room, theater and lounges; and 25,000 SF of outdoor rooftop amenity space including a pool, outdoor lounges, barbeque areas and fire pits.
