DMR is at the forefront of the industry specializing in sustainable architecture, energy efficiency and environmental strategies for construction in all market sectors.

DMR works with our clients seeking support and services around their efforts to design, build and certify LEED buildings. As a leading New Jersey sustainable architect, DMR assists our clients in project assessment, defining LEED goals, specification, LEED consulting and certification paperwork, energy modeling, day light modeling, commissioning, life-cycle cost assessment, LEED tracking, LEED certification, waste management, building flushout and IAQ management.

Our staff currently includes three LEED accredited professionals and our portfolio includes four LEED certified buildings. DMR is currently designing new construction projects which will seek LEED Gold Certification.
