A member of DMR Architects since 2001, Pradeep rose through the ranks to his current position of partner, bringing a distinct level of expertise and passion to the team. Pradeep has over 20 years of experience in architecture, working on a wide range of projects from municipal, education, commercial, and healthcare.
An enthusiastic sustainable designer, Pradeep leads the sustainable efforts of the firm, building DMR’s portfolio to include numerous LEED Gold, Silver and Certified level facilities, including the first LEED Silver certified public school in New Jersey, Carlstadt Public School. On a daily basis, he continues to manage projects, focusing primarily in the public, education and healthcare sectors, where he has established himself as a leader in complex and specialty design projects, designing high-profile projects including several police departments and municipal buildings in the past several years alone. As a partner of the firm, Pradeep also provides managerial support for the ongoing projects. Under his leadership, DMR continues to have a reputation for strong management skills and an ability to meet tight schedules and budgets. With close to two decades at DMR Architects, Pradeep has extensive experience with contract administration, project management, and budget development.
Pradeep’s noted projects include the Bergen County Public Safety Building in Mahwah, the LEED Gold Certified Frank J. Gargiulo Campus in Secaucus, Wayne Police Headquarters, Garfield Police Headquarters, and Montgomery Municipal Complex.
Pradeep is a Registered Architect and a LEED Accredited professional.
Outside of the office, he is self-proclaimed foodie and also an avid runner. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and playing board games with his two daughters.
